You added to a thread unconnected to Sky Broadband issues and contrary to the thread title you added to, it isn't a method of speaking to Sky Customer Services.

@daverice1 You can do, but would advise to wait see what the PSU connection and get the adapter to suit the orientation that is best to fit the wall adapter plug. Otherwise a high quality main's adapter extension may be more suitable and you get them single/double/tripple quadruple as required not sure how many devices you intend to plug in!

Yes: it's just Openreach prefers a double wall socket because there's rather less chance of random disconnection (or them getting sued for adding a trip hazard ; )
