      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. Wonder if anyone can help. I'm having full fibre broadband fitted and was expecting a parcel but all I received was a envelope with a wire in. Is that all I have to have delivered. Will the engineer bring everything else needed. Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Also take a look at the OR Install day video search to see that on google!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
