      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have checked again, and bear in mind I have SKY's quickest broadband, 35&amp;nbsp;@ £41 pm. My last 30 days show a maximum of 9.1Mps, and that is average download speed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got SKY to do a speed check and they come back and say that this level of speed is over their minimum that they need to provide?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
