Bring your phone close to the hub and check if it is connecting - the WiFi indicator on the screen is there. If the phone is connected but no data flows unplug your hub for an hour as there is a rare fault with Sky's server managing the line which causes these symptoms the hour disconnect should clear that.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the fault continues call Sky.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
