    <description>&lt;P&gt;Mines down too, has been for the last 20 mins. It's been dropping in and out for the last 3 weeks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;everytime I run tests it says everything's ok?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've got 2 orange lights&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It takes a finite time for Sky to know which customerscare affected and to update the service checker. While you can call Sky to report the issue but it is likely the phones will be very busy with other people trying to get through. If you call from the phone number registered on your account the IVR may tell you more.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If there is an area outage it will take Openreach and Sky time to know exactly which lines are affected. The service checker in the. My Sky app will be updated to indicate Sky know if your line is affected but thst takes time. If it is an area outage then all you can do is sit tight until the issue is fixed because at this stage nobody will know when thst will be. Telephone lines inevitably get clogged whenever there is a significant outage so calling is probably not worth it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The Sky agent taking the call will not be able to tell you much if anything until the network team know the extent of the outage at which time the service checker etc will be updated. Even then nobody can tell you when your line will be back up anything they do say is a guess to get you off the line,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
