      <description>Same in Charlton SE London. SO annoying that there is no one to help, been through the AI 4 times,rebooted 3 times. But nothing. Then you cannot even log a complaint as they are only open 8-9pm!! If you provide a service 24/7 customer care and reporting issues to be solved should also be 24/7. Starting to regret leaving Virgin Media... and to add insult to injury their checker app says everything is fine, so you say it isn't, but then have to go a series of steps, again, that don't help. AND, the final straw, I cannot even make a compliant. But most people work and have lives and we should be able to get help when the issues happen. **bleep**. DO BETTER SKY!!!</description>
