This is a &lt;STRONG&gt;customer led &lt;/STRONG&gt;discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sky broadband discussed here is a domestic service and whilst it's fine for those customers working from home to use it, they won't receive additional or quicker support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I work from home and my Microsoft teams keeps losing connection when I'm on important calls - I have reported to my work it help desk and they have advised me to contact you as it doesn't improve if I sit near the router, have an Ethernet cable plugged in direct from router to laptop and they said this needs a proper lines test for quality and stability by yourselves&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
