    <description>&lt;P&gt;Children in the area not sure which child has ripped the grey broadband box (external) off the wall looks like malicious intent but no proof the fibre optic cable which connects to the white internal wall box is showing a red light on pon it has separated the wire from the external cables&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This is a &lt;STRONG&gt;customer led &lt;/STRONG&gt;discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You will need to report this to Sky so they can get Openreach to repair it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
