    <description>&lt;P&gt;In the end we turned off the router and on again and that fixed it! But will definitely run the diagnostic if it happens again. Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Two red lights on router, WiFi not working. Has been dropping out intermittently since we upgraded to full fibre. Checks say it's working but it isn't.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
