topic No internet every night in Broadband

Every night my internet disappears. Been happening for ages. Also drops throughout day. Been going on for past year but I never get help just told to restart hub, which does nothing. I pay a lot for my sky package and its a really bad service for the price.

@Thomas116 if the hub is losing connection occasionally at night that is likely to be due to essential maintenance but that would not explain loss of service literally every night for many weeks.

You need to call `sky and calmly tell them thst you have a major issue which requires investigation. A reboot will sort minor issues so you need the emphasise thecrepition of the issue.
