@XsiegeX if the speed test in the My Sky service checker shows an issue the app should offer help. However if that is normal then the issue is likely to be slow WiFi in your home. Sky will sell you an add-on called WiFi Max which can supply WiFi extenders.

Hiwever there can be an issue with partial fibre lines where tge line has slowed but not to below the guaranteed speed for your line - you can see figure this by clicking beside the most recent test result. The issue here is Openreach are unwilling to take action rather relying on the autimatic systems managing the line to optimise the connection so Sky are essentially powerless.

Since last night my internet speed has been really slow, on wifi and wired connection. It's really frustrating, reset my router and such but nothing has helped it. Is there any news of Sky problems in Norfolk?

The first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

So I've done all that and the speed to my hub is poor? Any fix for that or would it be best to give sky a call?
