      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am currently offshore. I need to reschedule an open reach appointment. When I try online it won't let me, has said I need to speak to customer service. As I am offshore I CANNOT phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;how do I contact sky online to change this appointment, as I am not able to phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
