    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've tested my connection and it says it's fine but I've got no WiFi &amp;nbsp;it's just gone down about 10 mins ago the time now is 12-25am.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've rebooted the modem and still no joy &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":pouting_face:"&gt;😡&lt;/span&gt; I am only putting a angery face because yous are saying there is full connectivity&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same here. My hub says that it has no connection to the internet but Sky's online tool claims it has tested the connection and "everything looks good". I suspect the tool isn't actually testing the connection as it is claiming to do. I've tried restarting the hub.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
