Tested MY WIFI CONNECTION multiple times stating everything is OK but still don't have a connection!!!🤮

I've tested my connection and it says it's fine but I've got no WiFi it's just gone down about 10 mins ago the time now is 12-25am.

I've rebooted the modem and still no joy 😡 I am only putting a angery face because yous are saying there is full connectivity

Same here. My hub says that it has no connection to the internet but Sky's online tool claims it has tested the connection and "everything looks good". I suspect the tool isn't actually testing the connection as it is claiming to do. I've tried restarting the hub.

I’m having the same issue. No connection at all but test says "all good"

Mine as well but av got orange light so it's not got any internet connection, also saying everything is working fine😫

We're the same. States all good but failing. Can watch TV but no internet at all

I've unplugged my modem and run the test and it still say full connection and everything is fine 😡

We did, made no difference. Even tried the 'test' when the box was completely turned off and it said everything was fine! Someone telling porkies!

Broadband down

Broadband down, tried resetting everything, voice still shows amber

However sky test states all good.

Even states connected to the hub on tests even when I have it turned off. How does that work?

Issues with broadband?

Same!! Just tested it while the box was totally unplugged ... "all good, speeds of 514"... lies!!! 🙃
