Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them and when calling say nothing when asked any questions by the bot and remain on the line.

We are having huge problems with our connectivity cutting in and out the whole time. I'm trying to get help from Sky. Both the website and phone number (I had to battle a virtual assistant to get) just point me towards the online service checker - and that just tells me everything's ok! It's laughable as it took me ages to do the check because the connection kept cutting in and out! And it doesn't give any option to submit a problem despite the phone recording saying I would be able to - presumably as it had determined there isn't one. It's utterly ridiculous and time wasting.
Does anyone know how I can speak to a human??
