    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I received the following text: "Hi. Sorry but there's an issue with completing your Broadband and Talk order. To get up and running, just give us a call on [removed number to post message]."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried calling the number but it is unavailable. The same goes for other contact phone number I found speaking with the web assistant bot (not mentioned as couldnt post then).&amp;nbsp;I am calling from aboard and added international minutes specifically to call, as I wasnt going anywhere dealing with the web assistant bot - I had hoped it would eventually connect me with a person. I assume there must an issue connecting to the phones from abroad then..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In "My Orders" there doesnt appear to be any issue with the order, so I am unsure what the text is referring to. Does anyone know whats up or can anyone from Sky give me a call, or reach out if there is an issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Michael&lt;/P&gt;</description>
