Is there an outage in Catford area ?

I lost Internet connection.

I did a broadband check which was useless. It came back as "everything is fine", yet it couldn't find a device connected and my device shows me "connected without Internet"

What is happening ?

Mines exactly the same. I’ve done the whole unplug, reset etc, and still nothing 🤷🏼‍♀️

Same issue - no internet or phone - service totally dropped (SE6 area)

Sky internet down

Sky internet went down about 50 minutes and hasn't come back up. When you check it via Sky it says everything is good, it's not This is in South East London with no internet/WiFi

Issues here too in Downham, all steps followed to try and fix it, but still no internet.

I've lost it too. I'm in SE6. Done the whole reset, switch on and off, tried to reconnect via Tv. Now I have nothing but a message saying a connection cannot be established.

Mine is also out in BR1 Downham and when I did the test it said everything was connected

I find this so frustrating, not just because the internet is down and I've got a whole load of emails to deal with, but also the lack of information, firstly the checks say there is no issue in the area, when clearly there is, and then I read on another post how it's likely that maintenance is happening - Well if this is the case why not put something up on their website to at least advise people of planned work, especially if it is likely going to effect their service.

SKY - Your prices are extortionate, the least you could do is provide a better customer service.

For me the whole service is down so I also have no working home phone line.
I need both the internet and phone for work in the morning so this is far from ideal!

Same here in Downham. Did all the checks and apparently nothing is wrong but there clearly is. Been down for a few hours now.

guys I have just run the checks again and this time it's told me there is an issue with the exchange and that it will require an engineer visit - can take up to 2 days apparently!!!! 😡

I have just run my test again and they are saying there is a problem perhaps I haven't got it plugged in 🙈
