      <description>My internet keeps going off we have reset it numerous times but its not working but on the app it says its all good but the box is unplugged at thw moment so how is this true ?</description>

      <description>We have used this but the Internet box was off at the time we checked but it still said there was a great connection . The was obviously no connection as it was turned off &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_rolling_eyes:"&gt;🙄&lt;/span&gt;</description>
