&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Internet keeps dropping out</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Internet is dropping out all the time and this time takes the Mick as online is saying there is no issue and when I go to test my connection through sky it tells me that everything is fine and I'm not sure how that is cause at present lights are red on my router looks like sky is lieing or there tech does not work correctly&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
