Book an engineer

I need to book an engineer to come out and fix my Internet. we have been having continuous problems with the Wi-Fi ever since it was installed. When I previously rang the call handler said that we did have a problem with the signal being very weak and it continuously dropped in and out however she couldn't book an engineer to come out because we had recently received a booster and we needed to wait a couple of days. She was meant to ring me back and never did and so whenever I rang to book the appointment they were very reluctant to do so. I have tried all the at home tests and run all the system checks online. Nothing is working. Whenever I run the checks to test the Wi-Fi on the app it says that the Wi-Fi is all good and gives a green tick however that is not possible because I have tried it this afternoon when the Wi-Fi is down and not working and it still says that the Wi-Fi is good. There has been a real reluctance to send out an engineer and I'm not sure why seeing as the Wi-Fi has never worked correctly since it's been installed the signal doesn't cover the full house and the signal continuously drops in and out. I need an engineer to be sent out ASAP or else I will have to cancel the Wi-Fi because it does not work.

As this isn't related to the Sky Talk service, I'll move your post to the Broadband forum.

Don't confuse wifi which is the output from your Sky Hub with broadband, which is the service Sky provide to your Hub. The app will tell you the state of your broadband service, not your wifi.
