You can adda screenshot to a pist using tge camera icon which msy only appear it you press the ... icon on some devices.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;The best advice is to run Sky's service checker in the My Sky app as that can offer help f it spots a fault with your line otherwise give Sky a call as if your line is droppingfrequently there is a fault thst needs fixing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, my Internet connexion is down bad for the last week, every time I have to switch on/off the router and still keep cutting or slow.
