My new Sky WiFi was installed on Friday, I can't connect to my main TV and other TV's & mobiles within my home. I've previously had Sky WiFi so don't understand why there is a problem.

Do you now have a white Sky Max Hub?

With a Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app before some devices can connect.

It's also likely that overall wireless coverage has changed.
