@Joshdunc4

You may be waiting for an ONT to be installed (or missing one entirely)

If it's in the UK, putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which broadband provisioning type is applicable.

https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL/AddressHome

It's the table and the two text lines below it which are most useful.

Remove any personal information (such as the address itself) if you post an image.

That confirms it's FTTP, so the wall socket is obsolete.

Could you post just the two lines of text under the table that contains the speed data, starting with 'Our records show...'

@Joshdunc4

'ONT exists with active service'

That means there should already be an optical cable and Openreach terminal unit: unfortunately it's possible that the latter has been removed by the previous occupants.

You could look for evidence of the thin white cable with rectangular green jack plug, typically low down on a wall near a double power socket, or sometimes concealed in a cupboard or under stairs unit.

Certainly not the one in your picture: a master socket has no functionality once FTTP is at an address.
