Phone apps keep freezing on WiFi.

What's app, email Facebook etc often freeze and show 'connecting' when on WiFi. But as soon as I switch off WiFi on phone and go to 4g they connect immediately. Sky can't explain it. It's driving me mad. Help.

@DavidBCF Have you checked what the Broadband Shield settings are at in your account product's.

@DavidBCF It just one off those, been about on sky for yonks of years, does a job and sometimes quite aggressive at doing it, those that need and apply the use are hopefully happy, those that don't find it such a pain! Hopefully it now sorts out your issues!👍
