    <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Sky,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Whenever I look it's always about complaints but can we have a area on the website that Values your Staff.&amp;nbsp; Put aside all the other noise latency levels and dopr out out times etc but on the whole your engineers are first class.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They are knowledgeable, polite and dedicated in providing the best customer service experience. Can we at least give them a pat on the back and say Job well done?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So please can we have a well done feedback button on the website. We need to protect the home grown talent and give them a thumbs up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please can we also keep the customer service where it is , It's so much better having a conversation and no AI which is driving everyone&amp;nbsp; bonkers. It's not always about saving money but giving the customer that experience they want.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
