<title>topic Intermittent problems for months in Broadband</title>
    <link>https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/Intermittent-problems-for-months/m-p/5059474#M510413</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;We've been having issues with our broadband for months. Its just dropped out again and when ive called they say they cant even see it has dropped out and they will send an engineer. The issue is the engineer came before, installed a new master socket and ran loads of tests and made some tweaks - it made no discernable difference to our problems. When the problems orignially started i was told their was a fault which was logged with openreach and then fixed almost instantly. On a further call i was told there was still an open reach problem... i cannot get anyone to tell me whether this open reach issue has ever been fixed. They all talk to me like im delusional. Any one any thoughts for resolution? When ive logged into the router i can see it has dropped - why cant sky see it?!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
