&lt;P&gt;I used polycom phones when I had Sky broadband and never had an issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have &amp;nbsp;an Open Reach engineer visiting today, so I will see what they say as it's a very unstable line here which just isn't acceptable or workable for my Polycom phone to be used reliably&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
