    <description>&lt;P&gt;I feel there is a major FTTP &amp;nbsp;connection issue within the Hastings area (TN35.....) my connection dropped last Friday we had an OR engineer booked for Monday ....he explained a major incident re a headend issue he reconfigured settings and got us up and running again this lasted until Wednesday when connection dropped again - it states there is an outage and I spoke with the OR engineer on Thursday and he informed me that they would be performing a major system reboot around 2 AM this morning when normal services should resume ....still no connection......the saga continues .....&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Essential overnight maintenance can take longer than the 2 hours you've allowed for. It's done then as the vast majority of customers are asleep so are unaffected and unaware. Typically it take until 7am or longer depending on what they need to do.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
