Do you still see the same slowdowns if you switch off all the boosters you have including the TP-Link one?

My Sky WiFi is constantly dropping to a painfully slow speed (about 1mbps download).

If I then switch everything off and on again it's fine (normal download speed is around 180mbps) but it's doing this all the time.

Sky checker never shows an issue so I'm assuming this is an issue witb the hub?

The checker looks for issues in your area so try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Is it just the Sky hub you have or do you have boosters as well?

I do have boosters - one in my office, which I only use to plug my internet work phone into (turned off when I'm not working from home) and one upstairs (TP link) to boost connection in one of our end bedrooms, where son has his gaming laptop.
