    <description>&lt;P&gt;Exactly the same problem. Service checker is saying everything is fine but nothing is connecting and the internet light isn't on on the router.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am experiencing no connection at all with my WiFi - my laptop is not connecting, I cannot use my smart tv and forced to use data on my mobile. There is no overload of devises etc and I have been unable to send work emails as well as obviously watch any programmes etc&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've used the helpguidelines turning the hub on and off as well as checking the ONT and all appropriate lights are on etc etc&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need help asap please!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
