Include how you are measuring speeds eg on a phone in the same room as the hub.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;In practice all Sky can control is the spedd to your hub which thry test regularly you can see the latrst result in the service checker in the My Sky app or website - you can click through to see the history. If the speed is below the gurantee then the app should offer help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
