The first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Under “Need more help” should be the number to use:

https://www.sky.com/help

Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.

Sky Assistant is also available 24 hours a day on sky.com/help with rapid responses.

You can also contact Sky via social media:

https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Online-Apps-Email/Want-to-private-message-Sky/ba-p/4895295

@Cassy2 look at the lights on your hub as they tell you what is going on see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start

The online servicecchecker tells you the status last time it ran so wont pick up a dropped connection but should tell you if Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line if it doesnt and the lights have told you the connection is down report it to Sky by callingthem.
