I have tried everything

In my house, every phone, tablet and tv will connect to the wifi but NOT the PS5

Im paying for 900mb purely for the PS5 and that wont connect.

Its been on and off for 19 months, my contract end in april and it cant come soon enough.

Has anyone had this issue befor enad how did you correc **bleep**? I went into hub setting but that times out and says unsecure cnnection each time i plress apply settings.

im at my witts end

@PaulH113 ideally use an ethernet cable from the hub to the PS5 which will give you the fastest and most stable connection. Gaming actually only requires around 10Mb/s but having extra bandwidth is helpful when downloading games. Connecting by WiFi is always a less good alternative as it increases latency but assuming the console is reasonably close to the hub these instructions should work https://www.playstation.com/en-gb/support/connectivity/internet-connect-playstation/#wireless

For a basic connection you should not need to make any changes to the hub for playing games. If the console is out of effective range you will need to use an extender but there are other options if that is the issue.

Everything in this link is stuff i have tried.

What i dont understand is everything elso in the house works, i used my phone as a hotsot and the ps5 connected to that, everything else connects to the wifi but not the ps5. It literally just paclked in and wont event trt to connect, it just says something went wrong. this happened 24 hours ago.

i hate been connected to that same hub for 19 months , speeds have been shockning but at least its connected until now.

anyone from Sky able to help ?

Did this get resolved as I've got the exact same problem
