Setting up sky max profiles

Hi!

I have had sky max today and want to setup the parental profiles. It says to go to mysky and click broadband and he settings are in there. But there is nothing in there to do with sky max or profiles. Does it take time to activate in your mysky app?

I've got the new wifi7 router, with the ultrafast WiFi, is that the same as your saying?
