I’ve had this same issue all weekend. Broadband with sky is garbage. I've changed to another provider

If it doesn't work tomorrow I'll have to take an unpaid day off (home worker). This service really is not acceptable. I'll be advising people not use sky for broadband! Shame as the tv was great, but glass relies on the broadband too!

Apparently BT open reach were changing a card. We were over 24 hours without. Sky engineer came out he was brilliant. Open reach do not bother to notify you when they are going to do work or how long it will take. Bad on them. Husband works from home this could have jeopardised alot. One simple email/letter/text would have made a big difference. Thanks Sky for sorting it out
