      <title>Full Fibre Availability Discrepancy</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My in-laws have sky broadband (copper wire and very slow).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Openreach (and other searches) show full fibre to be availabel at their address.&amp;nbsp; Sky claims that only part fibre is available (more expensive than full fibre!).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But they also show full fibre to be available at other houses in their street, including both next door neighbours.&amp;nbsp; Sky appear to be unable to explain this to us, other than repeating "it's not avialable".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have insight as to why this would be, and how to get round the problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The only thing that springs to mind is "ceased line "but that requires a fttp line in the first place and previous occupiers not&amp;nbsp; cancelling when they moved .. obviously thats not the case.&amp;nbsp; Normally how ceasedline is dealt with is by requesting a line from sky until such a time when whatever glitch caused that is sorted.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Again you are sure that the address is 100% correct for your in laws&lt;/P&gt;</description>
