&lt;P&gt;The most likely problem is poor wifi signal where you are working. WiFi signal level is not something Sky can control as it is largely down to the layout of your home and how it is built. In many homes you need more wifi equipment than a single Sky hub.       <description>&lt;P&gt;while working from home , the wifi keeps disconnecting in my laptop every 1 hour. When I check my broadband speed using sky checker , everything is fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please look into the issue and resolve it&lt;/P&gt;</description>
