Sky send offers on Glass which I am interested in. However my average speed is less than what is required to power it. A recent local upgrade has benefitted customers less than 400 metres from my house. A new housing estate has been built which offers internet speeds 20x mine.

My post code is DL10 and I get 14mbps at best.

When will I get what I am paying for?
