&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure what tests you have tried so if you are yet to try this then try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Internet problems AGAIN</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For the FOURTH time this week and after multiple times last week my sky keeps saying it isn't connected to the internet. I've done checks and it says my broadband is fine. But it's incredibly slow and I'm relying on my data on my phone most of the time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;why is it I've never had an issue with my internet but since you've said you want to move us to fibre and I've refused SUDDENLY it doesn't work properly!?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
