      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just tried service checker again and after an hour of it gaslight ING me saying everything's fine it's showing there's something wrong outside the property. Booked an engineer visit. You might need to just keep trying the service checker.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, it kept saying I had no issues - now it's saying there is an issue outside my property and I've had to book an engineer visit. Takes them a minimum I believe of 2 working days - which isn't ideal when you WFH&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Refresh and check again - do a 2 min broadband check then book a engineer visit. You get Compo on day 3 which starts from the time you report an issue&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
