I'm trying to connect to the internet & my Sky Stream but there is no connection to the internet. The steaming puck is showing on the Tv that's its is connected to the router but saying there is a problem with your broadband. I've tried to reset the router but it's also not showing as being connected to the internet and I've checked in the MySky app and there are no issues that it's reporting either. Is there a local problem between the exchange and our house?
