If the Fault light is down bottom right off the ONT then it is indicating battery failure, so see the link below as soon as i locate it again then watch the video about changing!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YVMQqOvIZX8

Hello

My internet stopped working and i saw a solid red fault light on my ONT.

power cycled it a couple of times and no luck but eventually the internet came back on.

My internet is now working, but my ONT still shows a solid red fault light.

The other lights are:
> - PON solid green
> - LOS off
> - Port 1 flashing

I’ve restarted the ONT, but the fault light remains. How can i check whether this indicates a hardware or firmware issue? I want to make sure it’s not a sign of a future failure.
