    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello my app says broadband all ok however I work from home and my laptop has lost connection also my phone won't connect to wifi says your connection is dropped when I try to connect to it. My sky box also has not got the green light for internet it's orange. So don't understand why the app says Iv got good broadband speed when it's not working or connecting to anything. I'm working from home so would kindly like someone to get back to me Iv done the steps that I got when trying to connect WiFi to my phone didn't work&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
