      <description>&lt;P&gt;Internet stopped working out of nowhere we weren't touching it nothing, started flashing green, folllowes every step but still nothing. Unplugged and re plugged following guide from the Sky pop up page that mentioned problem is probably between modem and while on the wall, despite following all steps multiple times the error persists. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yeah mine just pooped itself just after midnight. Voice and Internet buttons are orange so I'm assuming my exchange has gone weird&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
