      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is no internet in my home, it went off last week, I booked a engineers visit then it came back on two days later so I cancelled the engineer, now the internet has gone off again, it's unacceptable on summer holidays when I have my kids home and a big coinsindence that I've only just canceled my tv package&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
