&lt;P&gt;Could you please clarify what you mean by 'creations times'?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As for devices going off when you reach your loft, this is likely just a range issue. If you have a converted loft its more than likely you need a booster to cover it. Provided its a proper conversion thats been boarded with a proper staircase then it should be covered under the WiFi guarantee&amp;nbsp;which can be found here&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/wifi-guarantee" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/wifi-guarantee&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
