Part of the reason to do that is the new servicecis far more reliable but thst wont fix your current issue as it takes weeks to set up. The engineer hopefully will be able to repair your current copper line.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However if full fibre is available it iis worth getting the conversion done as it should help in the long run.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This morning we have no internet connection. The service checks said there were&amp;nbsp; no issues in area but there was a problem with the hub. We rebooted it and the internet light didn't come on. The answer from sky was to go to fibre.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The same thing was the answer on the webchat until I pressed them and they said they will send an engineer. Surely that isn't what they should be saying and will the engineer also press full fibre&lt;/P&gt;</description>
