    <description>&lt;P&gt;Absolutely disgusted withe the service that I'm paying for and not getting. All mobile date rinsed to to having to hotspot to computer and laptop so that my daughter and I can try and get some work done as we work from home, losing money as unable to complete work, no TV no Alexa absolutely notjing&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You should be aware as a domestic service any faults logged have an SLA of 2 working days from being reported to be resolved. This does not include weekends.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Working from home etc doesn't give your service any greater priority.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
