why the prices for broadband are cheaper for new customers than existing customers?

FF 150 is 26.00 online for new customers but for existing is 38.00...?

@Wasi1 That's sales, has always been that way new customers get the incentive just like you had when you first joined sky!

As @JimM1 indicates better discounts are offered to new customers as an incentive for them to join.

If you choose to jump ship and go with another provider then in 18/24 months you'll be in the same position with that provider and if you want you'll be able to return to Sky as a new customer.
