    <description>&lt;P&gt;Moved into this new property 10 days back.Landlord also used SKY and now have moved. Our broadband has been activated yesterday but we dont have any wifi.The LOS light is red on ONT.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As per the landlord, it was working fine up untill 22nd July.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What might have gone wrong.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4447223"&gt;@Sunjida&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Loss Off Signal (LOS) and RED, you need to call sky, there is NO connection or light on that Fibre cable, if it is an area fault and you had a working system before the RED light then sky Service checker may be able to inform you and save the call!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/servicechecker" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/servicechecker&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
