We haven't been able to connect to the internet since first thing this morning. Everything was working fine up to going to bed last night! There are two red lights flashing. We have unplugged for up to an hour, done the line tests which say the problem is in house but whenever we click on fix the problem it just takes us back to the test page? Getting very frustrated with this 😩

@Kep28

Give this line test a try:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
